Whether you're carrying your haul back from the bookstore, heading to the beach or picking up groceries, our totes are the perfect carry all. Featuring a flat bottom, thick canvas and reinforced shoulder straps, they are functional as well as bookishly stylish!

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee.
Shipping includes tracking on all parcels.
We can ship to Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes and remote locations.

All orders are sent from Lavish Library HQ within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
All orders are sent via regular untracked mail, unless express shipping has been selected.

RETURNS POLICY
For any items that arrive damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us to see if you are eligible for a replacement.
For any other issues with orders including change of mind, order mistakes or shipping address errors, please see below.
Special Edition Books
Special edition book pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing lavishlibrarian@gmail.com
After 24 hours have passed, special edition pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Address changes can be made up until one week before special edition pre-orders begin shipping. Lavish Library will email all customers with a valid order 1-2 weeks prior to this date with a reminder for address changes. Prior to this, you can email lavishlibrarian@gmail.com with any address changes.
Apparel & Tote Bags
We use an Australian-based print-on-demand service to create your apparel order. This means your shirt may take a little bit longer to get to you, but it also means a few other other things:
- Once you confirm your order with us, it goes straight to our supplier. This unfortunately means there are NO RETURNS, NO CHANGES and NO EXCHANGES of orders due to errors made in the order, including (but not limited to); wrong colour, wrong size or wrong design selection, quantity of items or customer details including shipping address.
- If you enter the wrong shipping address please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to rectify this with our printing partner.

These items are all handled and shipped by us direct from Lavish Library HQ. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or change any part of your order (including shipping address).

Garment Care
Care should be taken to increase the longevity of each t-shirt & print. We recommend the following:
- Cold, gentle wash setting with like colours only
- Flip the shirt inside out before washing
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not use harsh detergents or bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Warm iron, inside out
